Think Budget First

Much like financial planning, marketing is all about having a consistent, long-term strategy. You might start out with all the best intentions, but if you don't have the budget to sustain it after a few months, it's just time and money down the drain.

We suggest you start by figuring out how much you can set aside each month for marketing and outreach, then decide what combination of products will best help you  achieve your goals.

Let's say your monthly budget for consistent marketing programs is an average of $400. You'll divide that up in different ways based on your marketing goals.

For example:

Goal 1: Consistently Stay in Front of Your Focus Group (Grow your base)

24 Touch Program for your top 50 at $7.50/each

Send Birthday cards to your top 100 (average 8 per month) at $2.25/each

$7.50(50) + $2.25(9) = $393

Goal 2: Reach as Many People as Possible (Maybe you're new to the territory)

Use our 24 Touch Alternating Option for your top 100 at $3.75/each

Send Birthday cards to 200 recipients (average 17 per month) at $2.25/each

$3.75(100) + $2.25(17) = $413.25

Goal 3: Strengthen Partnerships*

Use our 24 Touch Alternating Option for your top 50 at $3.75/each

Send Birthday cards to your top 100 (average 8 per month) at $2.25/each

Send a custom product-specific mailing to your top 100 at $2.00/each*

$3.75(50) + $2.25(8) + $2.00(100) = $405.50

*Custom mailing price of $2.00 is estimated based on typical cost and includes postage.
